Personal training/coaching with JamaicaFit not only gives you the nutritional and fitness factors, but we also motivate clients by setting goals and providing feedback and accountability. Followed with customized fitness programs that give you all the tools needed to be successful longterm.

One on One Personal Training

A personal training session designed to fit your needs whether you're looking to body-build, hit your goal weight, or simply enhance your regular workout routine. 

Sessions are as follows: Clients can train with me 2-4x per week. Based on your fitness goal, I will also provide workouts and nutritional guidance at no additional charge when applicable.

Personal Training

Building a relationship with a personal trainer gives you the opportunity to create the best work out plan for your goals to match your abilities. As your personal trainer, I learn your strengths and weaknesses, helping you improve where needed. Throughout the relationship, we will adjust and tailor your fitness routines as your goals change eventually turning it into a lifestyle.

Online Coaching

  • Tailored calories/macros to meet your goals + meal plan template as needed

  • Client Photos + Weight Measurements

  • Check ins, 1:1 mentoring, accountability and support(time and frequency based on client schedule and preference)

  • Program consist of 8 Weeks of daily workouts based on client schedule/length of time can increase if client has new goals and prior goals have been met

  • Gym + home workout options available based on client preference

  • Live training sessions can be done via video call(if client prefers)

  • Client will have App access to workout program(includes video demonstration of exercises)
